    A new indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) using multiple gonococcal outer-membrane proteins (OMP) shows promise for detecting gonorrhea antibodies. This polyvalent antigen approach enhances accuracy in identifying past infections, particularly in low-prevalence populations.
