Abstract:
3H-thymidine incorporation into epidermal cells of four patients with morbus Darier was studied by an in vitro technique. The labeling index counted on 0.5 mu thick plastic sections was 13.7 +/- 5.3, indicating increased epidermopoieses in morbus Darier.
