    • Two male patients presented with bilateral upper extremity abnormalities.
    • Specific findings included deformity of the proximal radius and posterior bowing of the proximal ulna.

    Findings:

    • The described bilateral radial deformity appears to be a novel condition.
    • This deformity predisposes to non-traumatic posterior dislocation of the radial head.
    • Associated posterior bowing of the ulna was consistently observed.

    • This previously undescribed condition expands the differential diagnosis for congenital radial head dislocation.
