Excessive fetal activity: another worrisome sign?

    Summary

    Excessive fetal movement, defined as 40+ movements/hour for 14 days, was not linked to adverse outcomes. This finding suggests fetal hyperactivity is not a concerning prognostic sign for newborns.

    Background:
