    Background:

    • Pars planitis is a form of intermediate uveitis characterized by inflammation of the ciliary body and vitreous.
    • Standard clinical assessments may not fully capture the extent of vitreous inflammation and leakage in pars planitis.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To investigate the patterns and extent of fluorescein leakage in the vitreous of patients with pars planitis.
    • To correlate vitreous leakage with clinical findings and disease severity using advanced imaging techniques.

    Main Methods:

    • Vitreous fluorophotometry and fluorescein angiography were employed in 23 eyes of 12 patients diagnosed with pars planitis.
