    Computed tomography (CT) can help diagnose malakoplakia, a rare bladder condition. A solid bladder mass in young women with urinary tract infections may indicate malakoplakia, even if CT findings aren't specific.

    Background:

    • Malakoplakia is a rare chronic inflammatory condition.
