Ureterocolic diversion of urine: management of some difficult problems

During the last 11 years 37 patients were treated with ureterocolic diversion of the urine by means other than classic ureterosigmoidostomy. By altering the technique of joining the ureters to the colon this method of internal urinary diversion is possible even in cases when it would not be feasible by more traditional methods.
