    Summary

    Solpadeine, containing paracetamol with codeine and caffeine, showed significantly higher paracetamol concentrations compared to Panadol (paracetamol alone) at 15 minutes. Paramax (paracetamol with metoclopramide) absorption was comparable to both formulations.
