Keloids of the earlobes: a surgical technique
Abstract:
"Core" excision of dumbbell-shaped keloids of the earlobe is described. This technique combined with intralesional steroids resulted in an apparent cure of six patients followed for over 1 year. The cosmetic results have been excellent.
