    This study details the first reported case of a bladder lymphangioma, a rare tumor. The tumor presented as painless hematuria and was treated with partial cystectomy.

    Background:

    • Lymphangiomas are benign tumors typically found in the head, neck, and axilla.
    • Vascular tumors of the bladder are uncommon, with lymphangiomas being exceedingly rare.

    Observation:

    • A unique case of a lymphangioma originating from the bladder wall is presented.
    • The tumor protruded into the bladder lumen and invaded the adjacent peritoneal cavity.
    • The patient presented with painless, macroscopic hematuria lasting two months.

    Findings:

    • Histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of lymphangioma of the bladder.
    • Surgical resection via partial cystectomy was performed as treatment.
    • A comprehensive literature review did not identify any similar reported cases.

    Implications:

    • This case expands the known anatomical locations for lymphangioma development.
    • It highlights the importance of considering rare bladder tumors in the differential diagnosis of hematuria.
    • Further research may be needed to understand the etiology and optimal management of bladder lymphangiomas.
