[Surgical therapy of acral circulatory disorders]

The possibilities of a surgical therapy of the disturbances of the acral blood supply are described. These essentially consist in the different modifications of the sympathetic denervation as well as of the conservative and operative therapy. Problems of diabetes mellitus are particularly discussed. It is referred to the avoidance of peripheral tissue lesions at the foot, since by this means frequently large amputations of extremities might be avoided.
