Abstract:
The case of a 59-year-old woman with angiomyolipoma who was diagnosed by CT appearance and attenuation values before surgery is reported. The patient underwent a right hepatic lobectomy and has been well for 2 years and 7 months since surgery. The present paper may be the first report of angiomyolipoma of the liver diagnosed by CT scan before surgery and successfully treated by hepatic resection.
