The increase of the level of IgE allows to suspect Schistosomiasis with a frequency of 68%. IgG level is increased in all types of Schistosomiasis (Schistosoma mansoni, Schistosoma haematobium and Schistosoma intercalatum). IgM level is increased in hepatosplenic disease in relation with Schistosoma mansoni. There is no significant variation of IgA level.
