[Compounds with potential antitumor activity. II. N,N'-(1-Diadamantandicarboxyamides)]

Some alkanic aromatic diamines were acylated at the amino groups with 1-adamantane carboxylic acid chloride. The resulting compounds were then tested for their action, in vivo in lymphocytic murine leukemia P 388. These derivatives, submitted to a preliminary test, did not show significant antileukemic activity.
