Melnick-Needles syndrome: osteodysplasty with kyphoscoliosis

A case report is presented of a girl who came to us for kyphoscoliosis of the lumbar spine. The clinical and radiological data suggested the diagnosis of kyphoscoliosis in Melnick-Needles syndrome. The clinical and radiological data are described, including the not previously reported urinary tract deformities. The kyphoscoliosis has been surgically treated with good result.
