Abstract:
The capillary microscopy is of high value for the early diagnosis of scleroderma: the pattern of megacapillaries is classical in adults. The authors describe the original observation of ramified capillaries in children's with systemic scleroderma (two cases) and dermatomyositis (one case). Such observations lead them to discuss several hypothesis regarding pathogeny (neo-angiogenesis), prognosis and diagnosis of children connectivities.
