[Hyperkinetic ventricular arrhythmia induced by atropine administration].

    Summary

    Atropine administration can trigger ventricular tachyarrhythmia and myocardial ischemia in susceptible patients. Prompt nitroglycerin relieved symptoms, suggesting a possible link to coronary vasospasm or direct drug effects.
