Modification of microridge pattern in teleost (Pimelodus maculatus) epidermal cells induced by NaCl
Abstract:
When NaCl is added to the aqueous environment, the fingerprint-like pattern showed by microridges of epidermal superficial cells of the teleost Pimelodus maculatus is modified. This modification probably occurs consequently the rearrangement of cytoplasmic filaments.
