[Electroencephalographic and computer-tomographic findings in comatose patients after cranio-cerebral injuries]

It is reported about a prospectively planned series of tests on 67 patients after cerebral trauma. During the first three days and every third day afterwards the patients were examined cliniconeurologically and by means of EEG, frequency analysis of EEG and--as far as possible--CCT. The EEG shows the cerebral function, in the CCT we see, like in a pathological-anatomic section, intracranial morphological changes. The results are discussed in detail.
