Oropharyngeal and laryngeal lesions in lipoid proteinosis

This is a case report of a 25-year-old man, with severe lipoid proteinosis of the oropharynx and larynx, who underwent microlaryngeal surgery. The condition is discussed with particular reference to the surgical management of the laryngeal lesions.
