D A Sacks, C S Johnson

    The Journal of Reproductive Medicine
    |June 1, 1983
    PubMed
    Summary

    Area of Science:

    • Immunology
    • Obstetrics
    • Transfusion Medicine

    Background:

    • Maternal isoimmunization can lead to hemolytic disease in newborns.
    • The Yta blood group system is a rare cause of isoimmunization.
    • Understanding antibody behavior during pregnancy is crucial for fetal well-being.
