    Background:

    • A patient presented with acute right epididymitis, with imaging revealing two large bladder calculi.
    • Cystoscopy identified a bladder mass encasing the stones, initially suspected to be adenocarcinoma.
    • The mass weighed 15 grams and was composed of cystitis cystica and cystitis glandularis.

    Findings:

    • Histopathological examination confirmed the mass was benign cystitis cystica and cystitis glandularis, not malignancy.
    • The bladder calculi were successfully removed along with the tumor via transurethral resection and cystolitholapaxy.
