    Purpose of the Study:

    • To investigate the clinical, hematological, and serological responses of buffalo calves experimentally infected with T. gondii.
    • To determine the tissue distribution and infectivity of T. gondii in inoculated buffalo calves.
    • To assess the duration of parasite shedding and antibody production.

    Main Methods:

    • Eight buffalo calves were inoculated with varying doses of virulent T. gondii oocysts; two served as controls.
    • Clinical signs, hematological parameters, and antibody titers (hemagglutination assay) were monitored.

    • Further research is needed to understand the long-term implications and public health significance of T. gondii in buffalo populations.
