Abstract:
Pharmacodynamic tests to differentiate pupillary disturbances are of considerable importance in neuroophthalmological examinations. However, they do not always enable anisocoria to be diagnosed beyond doubt. The possibility of misinterpretation and causes of occasional failure of the tests are mentioned.
