Abstract:
The experiments in 39 rabbits have shown that the ether-oxygen narcosis and laparotomy are not indifferent and affect the morpho-functional state of the liver. Ligation of the right branch of the proper hepatic artery results in necrosis of the liver, gallbladder and lethal outcome. The use of depo-callicrein in such operations stimulates the collateral bloodflow and the recovery of hemodynamics in the organ which results in the preservation of the liver structure and in a pronounced histophysiological effect shown by unchanged proteinforming, glycogenforming and metabolic functions of the liver.
