A new technique for closure of the oroantral fistula

A surgical procedure has been devised to use the connective tissue under the palatal mucosa for the closure of oroantral fistulas. This procedure has been successfully performed on 13 patients, and it has proved to have a broader application and greater certainty of results than conventional techniques.
