    Background:

    • The Properdin factor B (Bf) locus, a gene involved in the alternative complement pathway, has been investigated for its potential role in various diseases.

    • To investigate the association between the Properdin factor B (Bf) locus and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).
