Summary

Urine from cancer patients on multi-drug therapy, including cyclophosphamide, significantly increased sister-chromatid exchanges (SCE) in human blood. Healthy individuals' or epileptic patients' urine did not elevate SCE frequencies, indicating potential genotoxicity from cancer treatments.
