    Area of Science:

    • Rheumatology
    • Immunology
    • Hematology

    Background:

    • Behçet's disease is a complex systemic vasculitis with unclear etiology.
    • Current management strategies for Behçet's disease present significant challenges.

    Observation:

    • Clinical assessment and immune status investigations were performed on seven Behçet's disease patients.
    • Microscopic examination of an affected eye revealed immune vasculitis and venous clot formation.

    Findings:

    • All patients received fibrinolytic agent therapy.
    • Favorable clinical responses were observed in patients treated with fibrinolytic agents.

    Implications:

    • Fibrinolytic therapy may represent a primary treatment option for Behçet's disease.
    • Further research into fibrinolytic agents for Behçet's disease is warranted.
