    Purpose of the Study:

    • To evaluate the efficacy of Clomiphene citrate in inducing ovulation in women with WHO Group II amenorrhea.
    • To assess the pattern of luteinizing hormone (LH) surges during spontaneous and Clomiphene-induced cycles.
    • To determine the utility of rapid LH monitoring for timing ovulation in infertile couples.
