    Background:

    • Migraine is a complex neurological disorder.
    • The role of immune cells in migraine pathophysiology is not fully understood.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To investigate the levels of T and B lymphocytes in migraine patients.
    • To assess potential alterations in cell-mediated immunity during migraine attacks.

    Main Methods:

    • Analysis of T and B lymphocyte populations in migraine patients.
    • Comparison of lymphocyte counts during headache episodes versus headache-free periods.
    • Evaluation of basophil levels.

    Main Results:

    • Significant reduction in T lymphocytes observed during migraine headaches.
