    Summary

    Lower eyelid entropion surgery, which corrects defects in eyelid retractors, was performed on twelve patients. Two patients experienced a recurrence of this condition following the procedure.

    Background:

    • Lower eyelid entropion results from a defect in the lower eyelid retractors, leading to aponeurosis attenuation.
