Congenital thoracic dermal sinus: diagnosis by computer assisted metrizamide myelography

A thoracic dermal sinus extending from the skin into the spinal cord through a defect in the neural arch of T2 is described. Computed tomographic myelography (metrizamide) clearly showed the full extent of the lesion and its relationship to surrounding muscles, bone, dura, arachnoid, and neural tissue.
