[Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) for determination of antistreptolysin O (author's transl)]

Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay for determination of antistreptolysin O is reported. The results obtained were in agreement with those obtained using the antistreptolysin O test of Rantz and Randall. This method allows a simple, rapid, sensitive and easy for automating detection of antibodies.
