[Thoracic aorta lesion in Marfan's syndrome]

The authors describe their experience in 7 operations for aneurysm of the ascending aorta in Marfan's syndrome. They point to the necessity of radical operations in this group of patients and stress the importance of the intravascular method in this disease to prevent haemorrhagic complications.
