    Summary

    Raised circulating immune complexes are common in vasculitis patients. Measuring these complexes may help track disease activity, though their direct link to tissue-bound complexes remains unproven.

    • To investigate the incidence and clinical relevance of CICs in idiopathic vasculitis.

    • To assess the relationship between CICs, organ involvement, and hypocomplementemia.

    • Assessed incidence of raised CIC levels in patients with idiopathic vasculitis.
