The Charles Henderson Child Health Center

Would it be possible to develop an outstanding child health center in a rural area such as Troy, Alabama--one that, in quality and usefulness, would be second to none? Governor Charles Henderson extended the challenge through a trust that supported the establishment of such a center within six miles of Troy. The challenge was accepted, and this article tells how it was accomplished.
