    Summary

    Percutaneous nephrostomy offers rapid, safe urinary drainage and diagnostic capabilities for obstructed kidneys. This minimally invasive technique provides a viable alternative to traditional surgical nephrostomy tubes in pediatric obstructive uropathy.
