Abstract:
Relationship was studied between the familial longevity and age changes in the locomotor apparatus. According to the cross-sectional and longitudinal data, the individuals aged over 60 showed a decrease in the factor of familial longevity with pathology of the locomotor apparatus. Changes in clinical and objective data with age appeared to be more pronounced in persons whose families had no long-living relatives. The above changes were more expressed in men.
