[Comparative lipid composition of mare's milk and a koumiss mixture prepared with cow's milk]

Fractional and fatty acid lipid composition of mare's milk and a kumiss mixture prepared on the basis of cow's milk components were studied and compared. Lipids contained by the products indicated were found to substantially differ. This is mainly accounted for by specific features of milk synthesized by different animals.
