Abstract:
Vidimsky's criteria in the diagnosis of the chronic pulmonary heart seem to be most acceptable in the North-East of the USSR. In stages I-II of chronic pneumonia difficulties in diagnosis are due to the accompanying hypertrophy of the left ventricle sound in the North-East, which erases the direct signs of hypertrophy of the right ventricle. Considerable frequency of electrocardiographic signs of hypertrophy of the right atrium coincides with its greater mass at all stages of the disease.
