Abstract:
Three cases of Kaposi's sarcoma in Black children aged under 4 years are described. In all cases the diagnosis was made on lymph node biopsy. The difference in presentation of Kaposi's sarcoma in childhood and adulthood is discussed and attention is drawn to the frequency of lymph node involvement in children. Response to combination chemotherapy is encouraging and the potential for long-term survival appears to be good.
