Electrocardiography (ECG) and vectocardiography (VCG) effectively detect right ventricular necrosis, especially when combined with right bundle branch block (RBBB) and left anterior subdivisional block (LASB). These methods improve diagnosis accuracy for anteroseptal necrosis.
