[Treatment of pustulous and erythrodermic psoriasis with PUVA therapy and methotrexate]

Five patients with erythrodermic psoriasis and two patients with psoriasis pustulosa generalisata were treated with a combination of PUVA and methotrexate. This therapy offers the possibility to reduce the annual dose of methotrexate by at least 50%.
