Abstract:
A lectin reacting with T, Tn, and Th polyagglutinable red blood cells was found in an extract from the seeds of Hibiscus sabdariffa (Sorrel). This lectin is thus a useful addition to those available for distinguishing various types of red blood cell polyagglutinability.
