A case study of a male with anorexia nervosa and low testosterone levels

The authors present a case of anorexia nervosa in a young man with classic family dynamics. The patient was noted to have a markedly low testosterone level, which improved with weight gain and administration of clomiphene citrate. Implications of this finding are discussed.
