    Background:

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To investigate aromatase activity in rabbit blastocysts.
    • To determine the temporal expression of aromatase during early pregnancy.

    • Rabbit blastocysts were homogenized and sonicated.
    • Aromatase activity was measured using [1 beta-3H]testosterone and quantifying 3H2O production via liquid scintillation counting.
