Bilateral granulosa cell tumors of the ovaries in infancy

A case of bilateral cystic granulosa cell tumors of the ovaries in an 11-wk-old infant is described. The patient presented with a large abdominal mass, but without sexual precocity. Treatment consisted of bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy without subsequent chemotherapy or radiation, and 2 yr follow-up has shown no evidence of recurrence of this tumor.
