[Wound infection prophylaxis in colonic and rectal surgery with metronidazole and neomycin--a prospective study]

In a prospective study the authors report on their experience with preoperative bowel preparation using Metronidazole and Neomycin in combination with a low residue diet and orthograde cleaning of the bowel.
