[Biliary ileus. Observation of 10 cases]

The Authors, on the basis of ten cases of gallstone-ileus personally observed, examine the clinical diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of this very serious and rare affection. They underline the importance of early diagnosis and surgical treatment in order to reduce the still high mortality rate.
